• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)

Withdrawals may be held if the required documents are not provided.

The minimum limits for financial transactions on jje77 are as follows:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Standard withdrawal processing time: within 1 hour

A valid and verified payment account is required to make a withdrawal. Withdrawal requests will only be processed through the same method used for the deposit, unless otherwise specifically approved.

All deposits and withdrawals must be made from a payment account registered in the member's own name. Using a third party's account for transactions is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination.

New members at jje77 receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The examples below illustrate how the bonus is calculated:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000
• Deposit ৳10,000 → ৳8,000 bonus (maximum limit) → total balance ৳18,000

The bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before bonus funds become withdrawable. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = ৳40,000 in wagers required before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

It is possible to withdraw the original deposited amount before the wagering requirement is met, but doing so will cancel the active bonus.

Misuse of the bonus system — such as using multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or bonus arbitrage — is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, jje77 reserves the right to cancel the bonus, suspend the account, or close it permanently.

jje77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel bonus offers at any time.

jje77's VIP programme has four tiers. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% cashback per week
• Silver: up to 0.4% cashback per week
• Gold: up to 0.6% cashback per week
• Platinum: up to 0.8% cashback per week

It is possible to move up to a higher tier through active and regular gaming activity. The specific benefits for each tier will be communicated in due course.

jje77 is committed to ensuring fair play in all games. All games on our platform are developed by third-party software providers and independently tested. The outcome of every game is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is entirely impartial.

Each game or betting category has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are clearly displayed in the game interface. Bets outside the set limits will not be accepted.

If a disconnection or technical problem occurs during gameplay, transactions will be settled based on the data recorded in the jje77 system. If any of the above activities are proven, the account may be immediately and permanently closed and the entire balance forfeited.

• Misuse of the Bonus System

If an account is closed due to a violation of the terms and conditions, any bonus funds may be forfeited. However, the original funds legitimately deposited are generally returned, unless evidence of money laundering or fraud is found.
